Holidays

The Site4U office is closed on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Easter Monday
• Koningsdag (Royal day)
• Liberation Day (5th of May)
• Ascension Day
• Friday after Ascension Day – limited availability
• Whit Monday
• December 24 – closed from 3 pm
• Christmas and Boxing Day
• New Year’s Eve – closed from 3 pm

On days when the office is closed, the telephone and e-mails are not answered.
On days when the office has limited availability, the phone is not answered, but urgent e-mails are answered.

For customers with a service contract we are of course available on the known service number in accordance with the agreed service level.

Monitoring continues 24 hours a day. Incident reports from the servers will be picked up and resolved immediately.
